Welcome back!

valentines

It is Valentine’s Day and frankly I was a bit lost as to what to say on for this day. I don’t think it’s because it’s Valentine’s Day alone, but more specifically it’s Valentine’s Day 2009. We’re only about 6 weeks or so into the new year and so much has happened already and so many changes are swirling around each and every one of us.

Whether you believe in God, Angels or some other spiritual force, I do believe we receive what we need when we need it. Often the messenger is someone we least expect…a friend, a distant relative or even a complete stranger.

It happened again for me today. Thanks Alyson for supporting Sable Lit Reviews and letting me share your incredible sentiment on this day. She wrote:

“Valentine’s Day, love and Black history means it’s February, the start of looking at groundhogs for advice on weather. Remembering values and roots, love surrounds the air as we pass through daily living and higher lofty thoughts. We honor what we’re grateful for on specific days and every day touched by kindness and support. The struggles to reach a step on the ladder propels us forward to success and uncommon understanding of human nature.”
